Base: Fancy Plywood
Made of cross-bonded wood veneers (oak, walnut, etc.), with a high-quality "face veneer" for natural grain/texture (the "fancy" element).
Surface: HPL
Multi-layer composite (kraft paper + decorative paper, impregnated with resin) pressed at high temp/pressure.
Lamination: HPL is bonded to fancy plywood via high temp/pressure for firm adhesion.
